The Can Collectors are a 4-piece group. Julie Johnson sings, plays various percussion and plays the Steel drum. Stevie Gea holds down the rhythm via bass guitar with Tim Britt holding down the beat with drums and occasionally singing. Carolyn Salls sings and plays guitar and foot tambourine. The Great River Challenge (GRC) Off-Road Triathlon is a non-traditional race, consisting of paddle, run and bike legs. Held at the Northfield Mountain Recreation Center with its mountain trails and Connecticut River access, this event supports health and wellness and the signature programs of the Northfield Kiwanis Foundation for area children and families.
